If going to party bars and clubs is your thing then Chapeau Rogue Bar & Club is definitely a good place to visit.  As the name suggests, Chapeau Rogue has both a bar and a club section so a little something of everything is offered here. 

Visitors will find the bar area upstairs and it provides a very interesting feel since Chapeau reminds one of a rough, post-communist bar.  In fact, the old saying at Chapeau Rogue used to be, “The customer is always wrong.”  Fortunately, Chapeau Rogue Bar & Club is a much safer place these days and both tourists and locals commonly gather in the upstairs bar to socialize.

But not everything is safe at Chapeau Rogue since the stairs leading down to the club area are a little tricky.  If you can make it down the staircase without falling you will no doubt have a great time in Chapeau’s club section with its interesting mixture of colors and architecture.  And there is always music blasting in the club whether it be from a local band or a DJ spinning it.

With a bar and a club, Chapeau Rogue tends to attract a mixed crowd of all ages from everywhere in the world.  The crowd never seems to be the same so you’re bound to meet new people every time you visit Chapeau Rogue Bar & Club.  And this is one place that tends to draw a lot of people who like to party into the wee hours of the night since Chapeau Rogue is open so late every day of the week.

The drinks cater to this group too since a lot of shots and mixed concoctions are blended with energy drinks.  Just judging from the type of drinks served here and the closing hours, Chapeau Rogue Bar & Club is not a place for those who want to enjoy peace and quiet.  However, if you’re in an upbeat mood and want to meet new people then Chapeau Rogue is definitely the place to be.
